The long-term development of the program, largely based on the experience of its wide range of users, is focused on:

In addition, the program is equipped with an e-Archive, where you can save and store electronic invoices (e-Invoices) and electronic copies of standard documents, and the function of displaying e-Documents as attachments to posted system documents significantly facilitates the work of accountants.

Additionally, it is possible to expand the analytical capabilities of the system by expanding it with a program 
WF-Analysis. After installing WF-Analizy on a shared database with WF-FaKir for Windows, you can additionally perform cross-sectional, multi-dimensional analyses in the form of clear tables and charts, necessary for assessing changes in trends in company processes, comparative analyses, and more.

Due to its extensive functionality, full automation of accounting operations, and work ergonomics, the program has also proven its worth in accounting offices. Full functionality and automation of cooperation between the WF-Fakir program and the Asseco WAPRO system

The full functionality and benefits of WF-FaKir for Windows are available when running the program in the Asseco WAPRO system. It is designed to ensure that all applications within the program interact with each other in the most complete and automated manner possible.

Automation of system cooperation involves the ability to:

• full data exchange (at any time) between individual applications and the financial and accounting program,
• synchronization of common data - some records (e.g. contractors, employees), settlements and others,
• automatic, dynamic assignment of all imported documents.

The WF-FaKir program is equipped with the MAGIK II module, which handles the import and automatic posting of documents. It allows not only for simple definition of accounting schemes but also for the definition of conditional postings. The module dynamically analyzes imported documents and posts them accordingly. It also calculates rounding differences, posts documents, and even dynamically creates appropriate descriptions.

In practice, this means that without entering a single character into the financial and accounting program, or entering customer data, within a few or a dozen minutes, the program can record all warehouse, commercial, and financial documents issued in WF-Mag for Windows for any selected period. And sometimes, in addition to managing the warehouse and conventional sales (domestic and international) at a dozen or even dozens of workstations, it also simultaneously manages the sales of numerous mobile salespeople and several online stores, resulting in a very large number of recorded documents.

In practice, accountants only need to review and approve the imported documents. Document imports can be performed at any frequency, ensuring that the data recorded in the financial and accounting software is always up-to-date.

Achieving full integration and functionality depends largely on the user's system configuration.

Individual applications of the Asseco WAPRO company management system, depending on user requirements, can be installed:

• In one common database (the structures of all programs are in one database),
• In disjoint databases (the structures of all programs are in separate, independent databases).

Depending on the cases described above, data import into the financial and accounting program will take place:

• Working on disconnected databases – periodic data exchange via data files,
• Working on a shared database – exchanging data at any time („on demand”) within the database without the use of data files.

Synchronization of shared data, which reduces the overall workload in the company for entering documents and data into the system (data is entered only once, there is no need to duplicate it) is only possible when working on one common database.

As it follows, the full functionality of the Asseco WAPRO system can be achieved by installing the entire system in one common database.
