GT Inspector has a full range of functions needed to efficiently run a trading book: from administering charts of accounts, through assignment and accounting, settlement management, to managing fixed assets.
GT Inspector It's an exceptionally easy-to-use program with a modern interface that ensures the highest level of ergonomics and ease of use. Thanks to the intuitive implementation wizard, even less experienced users will find getting started with the program easy.
GT Inspector is a component of the system InsERT GT - a fully integrated package of programs for running a company in the SME sector, including a sales management program - Subiekt GT, HR and payroll system - GT Gratification and customer relationship management system - GT Manager. IN GT Inspector Basic payroll management is possible thanks to the free program includedGT microGratification

- flexible management of charts of accounts: the ability to generate a model chart of accounts, transfer from another financial year, automatically create file accounts by connecting files, and manage off-balance sheet accounts;
- extended accounting: division of accounting documents into accounting entries and posted documents, automation of performed activities (creation and settlement of settlements, generation of VAT entries), handling of currency accounting entries;
- advanced settlement management (creation and settlement); close linking of settlements with account entries; full settlement history; joint settlements withGT Subject;
- VAT registration and settlement in full compliance with the currently applicable Act: recording of domestic VAT transactions (deliveries and purchases), intra-Community (ICS and IDT) and extra-EU (export of goods, import of goods); automatic calculation of VAT-7/7K declarations - monthly or quarterly settlement;
- automatic creation of accounting entries using contextual assignment and import; extended import schemes; special support for users working simultaneously on Subiekt GT i GT Inspector (module Documents for assignment);
- functions specially prepared for accounting offices: support for any number of business entities, transfer of charts of accounts from other entities, bulk operations on licenses, import of documents from a file generated by a remoteSubiekta GT, archiving all entities at the same time and others;
- records of fixed assets and intangible assets and operations related to them;
- defining and calculating a number of financial reports and statements as well as tax declarations;
- creating graphical (all) and text (main) printouts; advanced management of graphical printouts from the program level;
- database engine Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 ensuring high efficiency and work safety;
