Subiekt GT is a modern sales system designed for companies looking for an efficient tool to support the overall management of their sales department, store, service point, craft shop, etc.
Subiekt GT is the next version of InsERT's well-known systems in Poland: Subiekta 4, Subiekta 5, and Subiekta for Windows. Thanks to its rich functionality and simple, intuitive operation, the program is suitable for any situation. The technologies and business solutions used make Subiekt the most frequently chosen sales support software in Poland.
Subiekt GT is a fast and efficient system equipped with the latest interface solutions, making it highly ergonomic and user-friendly. At the same time, its versatility and configurability make it a product for almost anyone.
Subiekt GT is part of the InsERT GT line, which also includes Rachmistrz GT – a bookkeeping program for revenue and expense ledgers or flat-rate tax records; Rewizor GT – a commercial ledger program; Gratyfikant GT – an HR and payroll system; and Gestora GT – a customer relationship management system. The database engine used in the InsERT GT line of programs is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, which is included with the system in the free Express Edition. With the next version, Subiekt GT will be fully compatible with Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
Basic capabilities of Subiekt GT:
- full support for all types of commercial and warehouse documents;
- maintaining a client file, including CRM information; the ability to define sections with additional information;
- maintaining a record of goods, services, sets and returnable packaging with extensive price calculations (10 levels of sales prices, including currency prices);
- full separation of warehouse and commercial documents, single or collective generation of invoices for delivery notes, etc.; automatic generation of a delivery note for an invoice;
- handling prepayments, credit card payments and credit sales;
- order processing with goods reservation and advance payment invoices;
- extensive support for bank accounts (in PLN or foreign currencies) with deposit, withdrawal and transfer operations (plus commission fees, statements, etc.);
- full settlement support (receivables and payables), including multi-currency settlements;
- many different summaries, reports and analyses; ability to create your own reports;
- extensive support for external devices (cash registers, fiscal printers, labeling scales, barcode readers);
- full integration with the Gestor GT customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- full integration with the Rachmistrz GT computer revenue and expense ledger and the Rewizor GT financial and accounting system.
For users who would like to customize Subiekt GT to their specific needs, we recommend Sfera for Subiekt GT – an add-on that allows for the expansion of the sales system. The functionality of Subiekt GT can also be extended with special packages – blue PLUS for InsERT GT, green PLUS for InsERT GT, and red PLUS for InsERT GT.
Integrating the program with the mobile Subiekt, oscGT iSello, creates entirely new opportunities, fostering market expansion. Subiekt GT products can be sold in the field (mobile Subiekt) and online – both in the online store (oscGT) and at auctions (Sello).
