For example, assuming our task is to monitor the sales of commercial goods on an ongoing basis, simply select the appropriate analysis created in the program and begin analyzing the data. After loading the current data, in a single analytical process, using the tools available in the program, we can, for example:

• Analyze the overall level of sales/profitability/profitability of merchandise sales. Is it maintaining the target level, increasing, or decreasing? Is the target sales profitability being maintained at the target margin?;
• If unfavorable changes are observed, after regrouping the data, it is possible to find the category or individual assortment items that are responsible for a given result;
• Compare sales with the same period in previous years and analyze the seasonality of sales;
• Determine the moment when this unfavorable trend began; perhaps the decline in sales is related to a change in the selling price (margin) or other factors related to the sales policy;
• If the change is not due to the seasonality of sales or a change in sales policy, subsequent data regrouping can, for example, analyse the results achieved by individual sales representatives or sales by customer;
• And so on until the cause of the changes observed in the first point is found.

During each configuration change, the results are immediately and dynamically presented on the screen and the individual analysis stages can be printed. 

Of course, you can analyze all other tasks, processes taking place in the company or emerging problems in a similar way.

Data presentation

Data presentation is facilitated by an internal data viewer with its own chart creator. It features numerous mechanisms for filtering, sorting, and grouping information that are not available in other Asseco WAPRO system applications. 

Data is presented in the form of pivot tables or charts, ensuring clear presentation. WF-Analizy provides extensive configuration options, allowing for changing the layout of the presented data, its grouping and aggregation levels, changing the hierarchy of individual dimensions, changing the time intervals over which data is summarized, enabling data comparisons across periods, and more. Most configuration changes in the dedicated browser are performed using the mouse, using a drag-and-drop approach. 

At every stage, the user has extensive configuration options, changing the layout of the presented data. This allows the same data to be conveniently and comprehensively analyzed. After changing any settings, the results are immediately visible on the screen.

Support for management staff, people responsible for supervising and controlling the company's operations and planning

The system is designed to support the company's management and executive staff in managing it by controlling the processes taking place in the company and planning future activities based on the analysis of historical data (trend analyses). 

The system generates clear reports from the analyses performed, which enable precise control of, among other things, the financial condition of the company, and the analysis of the profitability of sales of individual goods, product categories, by customer or salesperson, for any period and at any selected time intervals.
