Store regulations

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. The CentrumKas.pl online store allows you to make purchases via the Internet in accordance with these regulations.
  2. The store is run by the company "BAJT Stanisław Grzelak" based in Sokołów Podlaski.
  3. To make a purchase, please complete the order form via the Shopping Cart tab. The ordering party is required to provide their home address, contact phone number, and email address to confirm the order.
  4. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the use of personal data provided in the registration form. Data is transferred pursuant to Article 23, paragraph 1, points 2 and 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 803, as amended).
  5. The customer has the right to view his or her data, to correct it and to request that its further use be discontinued, as well as to terminate the user account.
  6. Correct completion of the registration form will result in the order being fulfilled.

2. SUBJECTS OF TRANSACTION

  1. The subject of transactions conducted via websites on the Internet are the products listed in the offer, presented on the website www.centrumkas.pl at the time of placing the order.
  2. Prices of all products offered in the store are expressed both net and gross (including VAT) in Polish zloty.
  3. The products offered by the store are brand new and covered by a full manufacturer's warranty.
  4. Products marked as "clearance" are unused, but their production date may be more than one year old. These products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  5. Prices and availability of items marked as "Sale" and "Promotion" are valid after confirmation by the Order Fulfillment Department.
  6. The store reserves the right to refuse to process an order at any stage of its execution, in the event of unavailability of the ordered goods or for other important reasons.
  7. Due to our cooperation with the CENEO price comparison website, you will be able to send a survey through the portal. By accepting the regulations, you consent to the transfer of your e-mail address to Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań and to the processing of your personal data by the CentrumKas.pl store and Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of completing a survey with your opinion on the transaction made in the Centrumkas.pl store, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997.

3. ORDERS

  1. Only an adult person, natural or legal, can be a customer of the store, regardless of whether they run a business or not.
  2. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  3. For logistical reasons, the minimum value of the ordered goods is PLN 50.00 net.
  4. The customer constructs the order by filling out a virtual shopping cart. More information about selecting products can be found in the ""How to buy?"
  5. After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic return email confirming the order and its specifications. The order is accepted upon dispatch by the Customer Service Department at centrumkas.pl. status of confirmation of acceptance of the order for executioni. Sending the status confirms the conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and BAJT Stanisław Grzelak, owner of the centrumkas.pl store. The subject of the contract is the product listed in the status. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the provisions of these regulations.
  6. If the Customer chooses a payment method Transfer (read: ""Security"") only after confirmation of payment to the company's account, the store will start shipping the ordered products.
  7. In some cases, the store may contact the customer by telephone to confirm the order or clarify any ambiguities.
  8. Orders with the selected payment method "Bank transfer" from which the receipt of funds is not recorded by BAJT Stanisław Grzelak may be canceled and the customer will be informed about it.
  9. BAJT Stanisław Grzelak reserves the right to fulfill incomplete orders in the event of stock shortages after prior notification to the customer.
  10. The customer will be notified as soon as possible about any product shortages or possible problems with the execution of the order.
  11. Due to the wide range of products, different products may be delivered separately by different forwarders.

4. BASKET

  1. Adding a selected item to your cart does not constitute purchasing it.
  2. The goods in the Customer's shopping cart remain the exclusive property of the store until the ordering process is completed.

6. SHIPPING METHODS

  1. Deliveries of products ordered in the Centrumkas.pl online store are carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The delivery date of ordered goods depends on their availability, which the customer is informed of when accepting the order (change in status). Most orders are processed within 1 to 7 days from the time the order is placed.
  3. The ordered goods will be delivered by a representative of the forwarding company or in person by an employee of BAJT Stanisław Grzelak
  4. The shipping cost is covered by the ordering party.
  5. If goods are delivered via a specialized carrier, the buyer is obligated to inspect the condition of the shipment and its contents after signing the delivery note. If damage is detected in transit, the buyer is obligated to perform the due diligence required by the Act of November 15, 1984 - Transport Law (Journal of Laws of 1995, No. 119, item 575, as amended) to maintain the carrier's liability, and in particular, to have the carrier record the condition of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage (max. 10 days from receipt of the package). This constitutes the basis for accepting the complaint.
  6. Receipt of the shipment from the courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. Upon receipt, ownership of the goods and all risks associated with possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage, are transferred to the Buyer.

7. PROOF OF PURCHASE/INVOICES

  1. Each purchased product is accompanied by proof of delivery in the form of a bill of lading.
  2. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 17, 2010, on sending invoices in electronic form, rules for their storage, and the procedure for making them available to tax authorities or tax inspection authorities (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661), the Buyer accepts the issuance and sending of invoices in electronic form to the email address provided during new user registration. The moment the Buyer opens the email correspondence with the attached invoice is deemed the moment the Buyer receives the invoice.
  3. If a customer registered as a "company" does not accept sending invoices in electronic form, an additional VAT invoice will be sent via Poczta Polska to the indicated address.

8. RETURNS

  1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obligated to inspect the shipment. Any damage should be reported immediately to the delivery staff or the courier, and the Centrumkas.pl Complaints Department should be contacted via email at bok@centrumkas.pl . The basis for a complaint is the identification of damage in the form of a protocol drawn up by the courier. If the carrier refuses to sign the protocol, do not accept or sign for the shipment and contact our company immediately.
  2. Differences resulting from the individual settings of the customer's computer (colour, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint regarding the purchased goods.
  3. Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2002 on protection of consumer rights (This Act does not apply to businesses) You may return goods purchased in our store using the "shopping cart" without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment (this does not apply to individual offers). However, only if the product is in perfect condition, meaning it has not been used or damaged in any way. Please inform the Complaints Department if you wish to return the goods. Centrum kas.pl, which will provide information on the return address. The goods must be accompanied by the delivery note (WZ). Centrumkas.pl guarantees a refund of the product value. The amount due will be refunded via bank transfer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  4. Goods manufactured or imported at the customer's request and fiscalized devices are not subject to returns.
  5. The return of goods takes place exclusively at the customer's expense.
  6. The customer undertakes to ensure that the returned goods are protected against possible damage during transport.

9. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES

  1. All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with Section II, Subsections 3 and 4. We strive to ensure that our goods are of the highest quality, but it may happen that after receiving the goods you discover some technical defects. In such a case, please submit a complaint electronically to bok@centrumkas.pl or by fax 25 787 22 87
  2. discussing how to exchange for a full-value product,
  3. replacement with the Customer's consent with another one or, if this is not possible,
  4. money back.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Placing an order is tantamount to a declaration that the Customer has read the Store's regulations and fully accepts their terms.
  2. We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained on the store's website is accurate and up-to-date. However, this information is not covered by any guarantee. There is a slight possibility that the descriptions or photos (and particularly the colors of the products offered) may slightly differ from their actual appearance.
  3. The intended use of these products is solely defined in their operating and application manuals. BAJT Stanisław Grzelak will under no circumstances be liable to any person for any special, indirect, or consequential damages incurred as a result of using the products we offer.
  4. Liability for damage resulting from improper functioning of products used in accordance with their operating instructions is limited to the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer, distributor or importer of the goods in question.
