The Genesis XP is 20% faster than previous generations of scanners. Thanks to Honeywell's XP technology, the new Genesis easily handles poorly printed and damaged barcodes. Its impressive depth of field allows for barcode reading, even at very close range.
Using the scanner
Thanks to its compact and modern design, the Genesis scanner does not require much space for installation and operation.
A three-color 360° LED ring illuminating the scanning area provides clear confirmation of the code being read.
The warm white backlight used is more comfortable for the eye.
The automatic object detection feature turns off the backlight completely between scans, so the Genesis XP doesn't waste energy unnecessarily.
