An online invoicing program you can get started with in five minutes

Invoicing requires no installation, license, or server at your company. You create an account, fill out your company details, and immediately issue your first document. The program automatically retrieves customer details from the Central Statistical Office (GUS) database using the Tax Identification Number (NIP), assigns an invoice number, and automatically converts net and gross amounts. This means issuing an invoice takes just a few seconds instead of minutes.

Importantly, the program works the same on computers, tablets, and smartphones. You can issue invoices at a client's location, in a warehouse, or in your vehicle. The document is instantly uploaded to the cloud, so your accountant sees it instantly.

KSeF-compliant invoices without additional fees

As of April 1, 2026, most businesses, including sole proprietors, are required to issue invoices using the National e-Invoice System. Fakturownia handles this requirement as standard. The program sends invoices to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) using the FA(3) schema, downloads purchasing documents, supports offline and offline24 modes, and allows for the management of employee authorizations.

Integration with KSeF costs 0 PLN for every plan, including the free Micro plan. This means you don't pay for the number of e-invoices sent or for any additional module. This is a significant difference compared to some competing programs that bill KSeF separately.

Recurring invoices and reminders that get you money back

Invoicing automates the most tedious tasks in a company. Recurring invoices are automatically issued on a designated day of the month and sent to the client via email. The system also monitors payment deadlines. When a client is late with a payment, the program sends a polite reminder, followed by a payment request.

Add an online payment button to your invoice. The customer pays via bank transfer or BLIK without entering their account number, and the program automatically marks the invoice as paid. This effectively shortens the payment cycle by several days.

Warehouse and WZ, PZ, MM documents in one system

Fakturownia is more than just an invoicing program. Standard plans and higher include a full inventory module. You can manage your product database, monitor inventory levels, issue WZ, PZ, MM, and RW documents, and generate JPK_MAG files upon request from the tax office.

Inventory levels change automatically when an invoice or receipt is issued. So you don't have to maintain a separate spreadsheet, and inventory is no longer the end of the world.

Independent accounting and JPK without leaving the program

The accounting module allows you to settle ZUS, PIT, and VAT taxes without transferring data to another system. The program prepares JPK_V7, JPK_PKPiR, JPK_EWP, and JPK_MAG files, maintains a revenue and expense ledger, and records flat-rate taxes. You can enter expenses using a photo, as OCR automatically reads the data from the expense invoice.

If you work with an accounting firm, you can grant your accountant separate access with their own permissions. The firm downloads documents itself, and you stop sending binders and photos from your phone.

Over 65 integrations with tools you already use

Fakturownia connects with the systems that power your sales. The program integrates with e-commerce platforms such as Shoper, Shoplo, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and Allegro, as well as with banks, payment gateways, and accounting systems. An invoice for your store order is then automatically generated.

For more demanding implementations, the manufacturer provides an open API. You can use it to connect your own CRM system, industry-specific application, or POS system. Our implementation specialists will help you design such an integration.

Receipts, e-receipts and cooperation with cash registers

Invoicing supports retail sales. You can issue receipts and e-receipts, as well as invoices for receipts with a Tax Identification Number (NIP). The program keeps records of unaccounted sales and prepares daily and monthly reports.

If you run a store or service point, you can connect Fakturownia with our online cash register. We'll select a device for your industry, fiscalize it, and configure it so that retail sales and invoices are stored in a single database.

Data security and 7-day-a-week support

Data is transferred to servers in the European Union and encrypted. The manufacturer creates backups, and access to your account is secured with two-factor authentication and limited to designated IP addresses in the Pro Plus plan.

Technical support is available by phone and email seven days a week. Additionally, as a Kasa Center client, you'll receive assistance with implementation, data migration from your previous program, and team training.

Invoicing - where does it work best?

Invoicing for sole proprietorships

Are you a sole proprietor and issue a dozen or so invoices per month? Start with the Start plan. You'll receive unlimited invoices, integration with KSeF, automatic payment reminders, and a mobile app. The program will calculate your tax advance and prepare your JPK (SAF-T), so you can settle your taxes without an accountant, or with minimal involvement.

Invoicing for trade and e-commerce

An online store needs invoices issued automatically. Invoices download orders from the sales platform, create a document, and send it to the customer without your involvement. The warehouse module monitors inventory, and JPK_MAG is generated with a single click. Key features include integration with Allegro, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Shoper, automatic order invoicing, a warehouse, goods issue and goods receipt documents, and e-receipts.

Invoicing for service companies

Service companies bill recurringly, and Fakturownia handles this task itself. You set up a subscription once, and the program issues and sends invoices each subsequent month. You can attach an online payment to the document, so the customer pays immediately after opening the message. 1Is Invoicing free?
Yes, Fakturownia offers a free Micro plan. It allows you to issue three invoices per month, handle one user and one company, and benefit from integration with KSeF. Paid plans start at PLN 9.99 net per month and eliminate the invoice limit. You can test each paid plan for 30 days free of charge.
2Does Fakturownia support KSeF?
Yes. Invoices are sent to the National e-Invoice System using the FA(3) schema, download purchase invoices, and support offline and offline24 modes. Integration is available in every plan for PLN 0, including the free Micro plan.
3Since when is KSeF mandatory?
The obligation was introduced in stages. From February 1, 2026, it covered the largest companies with sales exceeding PLN 200 million, from April 1, 2026, most entrepreneurs, including sole proprietorships, and from January 1, 2027, it will cover the smallest taxpayers. Administrative penalties will take effect on January 1, 2027.
4Does Fakturownia work without internet?
Invoicing is cloud-based, so you'll need a network connection to issue a document. However, the program supports offline KSeF mode, allowing you to issue an invoice even when the National e-Invoice System is unavailable. The document will be uploaded to the system once the connection is restored.
5Can I transfer data from another invoicing program?
Yes. Fakturownia imports your customer and product database from a CSV file or via API. You'll also retain your existing document numbering. We perform the migration as part of the implementation, so you don't have to manually retype your data.
6Is Fakturownia suitable for an accounting office?
Yes. The manufacturer provides a module for accounting firms that allows you to manage multiple companies from a single dashboard, assign employee permissions, and export data to accounting programs. The Pro and Pro Plus plans do not limit the number of companies you can manage.
7Can I connect Fakturownia with a cash register?
Yes. Invoice Center supports receipts and e-receipts and connects to sales systems via API. At the Cash Center, we can select an online cash register or fiscal printer, fiscalize the device, and configure data exchange with the program.
8How much does it cost to implement Invoicing?
