Paragony.pl is a fiscal module for Invoicing that transforms a standard fiscal printer into a tool controlled directly from the invoicing software. You issue the document as usual, but instead of entering the items at the cash register, you click "Fiscal Print." The receipt is printed on the fiscal printer or—if the customer prefers a digital version—is delivered via e-receipt or email, as a link to the document.
This is a solution for companies that sell online, in the field, or in several locations at once and do not want to maintain a separate checkout stand for each of them.
At the Cash Register Center, we will select a fiscal printer compatible with the module, connect it to your Invoice Center account, configure printing, and train the staff.
How does the Paragony.pl module work?
The module consists of two elements: an active service on your Fakturownia account and a small application installed on the computer connected to the fiscal printer. The application listens for fiscalization requests and forwards them to the device.
- you issue a receipt or invoice in Fakturownia – from the panel, from your phone or automatically from an order in the store,
- you select "Print → Fiscal printout" or send the order via API,
- the Paragony.pl module receives the order and sends it to the fiscal printer,
- the customer receives a paper receipt or an e-receipt via e-mail.
You can fiscalize documents individually or collectively – selecting several receipts at once. The computer with the module doesn't have to be located next to the seller: the order can originate from a different location, and the printout will be created wherever the printer is physically located.
Paper receipt and e-receipt in one tool
You don't have to choose one document format permanently. The same module supports both options, and you make the decision when fiscalizing a specific transaction. Paper printouts are unlimited within the subscription, while e-receipts are billed in packages – the basic plan includes 20 e-receipts per month, and larger volumes can be purchased in bundles.
An important detail that customers ask about most often: the receipt format is selected at the time of fiscalization. The issued e-receipt cannot be printed on paper later – however, it can be downloaded in PDF format with visualization and in a JSON file with fiscal data.

What fiscal printers does Paragony.pl work with?
The module controls fiscal printers operating in the Posnet, Novitus, and Thermal protocols. Connection can be established via USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet. This means compatibility with popular Posnet, Novitus, Elzab, Emar, and Innova devices on the Polish market.
To issue e-receipts, you need an online fiscal printer that supports e-receipts using the Posnet or Novitus protocol. Older models will print a paper receipt but not an electronic document. Centrum Kas is an authorized partner of the Elzab, Novitus, and Posnet brands, so we'll check if your current device meets this requirement, and if not, we'll select a model that does.
E-receipt – how does it reach the customer?
An e-receipt is a fully-fledged fiscal document, compliant with Ministry of Finance guidelines. It has the same legal force as a paper receipt and is accepted for returns and complaints. Complaints are processed based on the e-receipt number and the unique printer number, not on a crumpled wallet.

- the client receives an individual link to his document by e-mail,
- the data is encrypted and the email address does not appear on the receipt itself – the solution is GDPR compliant,
- To issue an e-receipt, the customer's consent is required: a checkbox in the online order or verbal consent at the counter.
In online sales, the e-receipt can be sent automatically – immediately after the order is paid, without the involvement of an employee.
Fiscalization from an online store via API
If your Fakturownia is connected to an online store, CRM system, or warehouse, fiscalization can be fully automated. The order is paid, Fakturownia creates a document, and the Paragony.pl module accepts the order via API and issues a receipt. The staff doesn't have to enter anything manually, and with high order volumes, the most labor-intensive part of the day is eliminated: printing and adding receipts to packages.
Multiple positions and multiple locations
You can connect more than one fiscal printer to a single account and route printouts to the selected device. This is convenient for companies with multiple points of sale, stores with a back office and showroom, or where documents are issued by an office and receipts are generated in a warehouse or branch. The module works on computers running Windows, macOS, and Linux, and can also be configured to launch and connect to the printer automatically upon computer startup.

Paragony.pl - where are they best suited?
Paragony.pl and online cash register – what are the differences?
A cash register is a standalone device: it has its own keyboard, a product database, and operates without a computer. A fiscal printer doesn't do anything on its own—it needs a program to send it sales data. The Paragony.pl module is just such a program, but controlled from Fakturownia.
Invoicing doesn't integrate with traditional cash registers – the exception is the Pospay Online device, which issues receipts in conjunction with the module. If you don't already have a fiscal device, we'll suggest which option will be cheaper to maintain in your industry: an online cash register or a software-controlled fiscal printer.

Fakturownia offers five plans. All include KSeF integration, an unlimited customer and product database, and technical support. Choose a plan based on the number of users, companies, and warehouses you need. You can test each plan for 30 days free of charge.
