What does the software purchasing process look like?

Gratyfikant GT is a modern HR and payroll system, the successor to Gratyfikant 3. We recommend the program to people dealing with HR and payroll matters in small and medium-sized companies, as well as to accounting offices.
Gratyfikant GT offers many advanced features essential for HR and payroll departments. It allows you to maintain personnel records, issue various types of contracts, record payments and invoices, manages the Company Social Benefits Fund, and facilitates the preparation of tax returns (including PIT-4, PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, PIT-11/8B, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-40) and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) declarations (including RCA, RZA, RSA, DRA). The system is compliant with applicable regulations. Gratyfikant GT is compatible with the Płatnik software.

Gratyfikant GT is part of the InsERT GT system and has been integrated with the accounting programs of this line - the revenue and expense ledger - GT Calculator and financial and accounting system - GT Inspector. It is possible transferring data to itcollected in Gratyfikant 3 and microGratyfikant GT, as well as in the Płatnik system.
Below is a list of the most important features of the program:
- a unique and flexible remuneration model, providing extensive possibilities for creating, managing and calculating employee remuneration;
- extensive employee records (medical examinations, health and safety courses, awards, penalties, employment history, division into groups, assigning characteristics, employee photos and much more);
- records of employment contracts with a very flexible mechanism for creating advanced remuneration systems (multiple payment definitions in one contract, global or individual remuneration components);
- planning employee working time in employment contracts (changes to the work calendar during the contract period, defining exceptions), printing monthly and annual calendars;
- records of contracts of mandate, contracts for specific work, and management contracts (including the amount of costs of obtaining revenue); defining flexible bill payment schedules for civil law contracts;
- recording the employee's actual working time (overtime, night hours, absence hours, monthly or periodic settlement, e.g. every 3 months);
- records of absences from work (sickness, holiday and many other absences) for employment contracts and civil law contracts (selected absences);
- extensive payroll components (calculations, deductions, parametric components, definable components, automatic components, extensive parameterization possibilities);
- payroll and payroll set definitions that facilitate and automate the calculation of monthly salaries; settlement of working time records, piece rates, commissions, accruals, deductions and bailiff deductions in any payroll; advanced payout analyzer;
- calculating and printing tax returns (PIT-4, PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, PIT-11/8B, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-40); generating data for ZUS registration and settlement declarations.
