Official response from the Ministry of Finance regarding the postponement of the deadline for exchanging online cash registers
„"Dziennik Gazeta Prawna" informs that: "The Ministry of Finance is not considering further postponement of the deadlines for using online cash registers.”
In the article "Restaurants and hotels with online cash registers from the beginning of 2021", published in yesterday's issue of "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna", we read, among others:
""Despite the restrictions on the operation of catering establishments, guesthouses, and hotels, the Ministry of Finance is not considering further extensions to the deadlines for using online cash registers. It announced this in response to a question from DGP. This is important information for entrepreneurs running this type of business – they must start using online cash registers no later than January 1, 2021. The same applies to sellers of coal, briquettes, and similar solid fuels produced from coal, coke, and semi-coke, intended for heating purposes.""
