Gestor GT Sfera is a comprehensive system that supports building lasting customer relationships. The program is an extended version Gestor GT, enriched with an addition Sphere for the GT Manager - a mechanism that allows for the system to be expanded and adapted to the specific requirements of the company. It allows for the creation of even the most sophisticated IT solutions that meet the company's unique needs.

 

The GT Sfera manager helps manage your contact database, enabling easy data collection and quick access to customer information. It facilitates the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences, ensuring better customer care and greater work efficiency.

Gestor GT Sfera is part of InsERT GT Sfera - an open enterprise management system that also includes a sales management program Subiekt GT Sfera, financial and accounting program Rewizor GT Sfera and the HR and payroll program GT Sfera Gratificant.

Basic capabilities of Gestor GT Sfera:

 
  • quick access to all customer information: activities, messages, sales opportunities, documents issued in Subiekt GT;
  • planning and recording activities in the system, such as meetings, tasks, telephone calls, letters, faxes and internet conversations;
  • easy customer search from anywhere in the program;
  • a calendar showing the scope and deadline of activities to be performed (in monthly, weekly and daily views) with a reminder function;
  • built-in e-mail module - automatic assignment of e-mails to appropriate clients, ability to create collective messages (mailing) based on defined templates and autotext fields;
  • access to the full history of customer contacts (activities, e-mails, issued documents, payment reliability, date of last contact, name of the account manager, amount of discounts granted, etc.);
  • the ability to assign tasks and check the progress of individual employees;
  • numerous reports (including sales funnel, sales forecasting, salespeople’s effectiveness, user activity, etc.), also generated on the basis of information contained in Subiekt GT (e.g. sales by product range, product report);
